According to studies, as many as 80% of men do not consult their own GPs about sexual problems, this is obviously a big mistake, but perhaps pharmacists are able to fill the gap. Although a pharmacist should not and cannot assign a specific medicine himself, he can indicate the direction of treatment, and also lead to a specific diet.

Diet as a rescue for people with potency problems

Diet in improving potency is still a relatively underestimated element of the fight for health, but its possibilities have been confirmed by scientific research. Many products available on the market can help us in the fight against difficulties caused by age or illness. Walnuts are one of the most frequently mentioned products to support the sexual life of patients.

Seeds and nuts for potency

Nuts in general, but walnuts in particular, perfectly support male potency. They contain a large dose of alpha-linolenic acid, which is a component of the omega-3 group of acids. In addition, they are rich in potassium, iron, magnesium, zinc and B vitamins, as well as other substances used for the potency of nuts and seeds. They also contain vitamin E, but here almonds and hazelnuts, which have the most vitamin E, come to the fore.

As a dietary supplement, it is also worth using potency-supporting seeds, such as sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. They are rich in potassium, zinc and magnesium, as well as E and B vitamins. A balanced diet, rich in vitamins and other important minerals, is the basis for proper functioning.
Unfortunately, not everyone is able to eat pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and saute nuts. Not everyone tastes good, and you can't eat the right amount every day. This is why salads have recently become very popular, with no problems adding seeds and nuts to them to support men's vitality. Zinc and selenium are among the minerals that best influence the maintenance of adequate potency. The products that are able to provide the body with these ingredients are mainly fish and seafood, which in the traditions of many cultures are generally considered to be very strong aphrodisiacs. However, their positive effect is mainly due to the content of omega-3 fatty acids, which are also rich in walnuts and almonds. Fish, mainly marine, also contain vitamin E, which can be replaced by nuts. On the other hand, oils - mainly rapeseed oil and olive oil - can replace walnuts and the alpha-linolenic acid contained in them.

To be able to enjoy a healthy and full of satisfying experiences life, it is worth focusing on developing an appropriate diet, helping us to function in harmony with nature and our own rhythm.
