Really can not believe the idiots who manage to get into these pages. Genuine people are desperate to hear news of Lennox and these few, don't really know how to describe them, spoil things for everyone. They really need too get a life and leave true supporters alone.

Hey Jackie, I'm not totally clued up on why but the case was called off for that day, I think that the BCC didn't show, so Caroline has to see her lawyer on Monday morning to find out another date to turn up at court to find out the appeal date.
People can correct me on this. But that is what I picked up.

I got it from facebook, one or two of them actually know Caroline on a Lennox page, I'n not too sure on the reasoning on why it was cancelled for that day, 1 said it was BCC didn't turn up, but why didn't they? I don't know much about law. Sorry I'm not more help.

Hi everyone, just to let you know about the court appearance on the 4th. As you will all know on the 4th we had to attend court to set a date for the appeal date, well for some unknown reason at the last minute Belfast City Council's legal team decided the wouldn't be attending and because of this the day was wasted and no appeal date as yet has been set because the judge would not allow a date to be set without both parties being present in court on the 4th. Typical stalling tactics yet again by council.

At the minute there is no more new news or any date set to return to court to set an appeal date.
