Post Online Blog Site Reveal Council Errors
Another supporter of the Save Lennox Campaign has uploaded documentation to his blog page that Belfast City Council don't want people to see. Belfastjj uploaded the warrant used to seize Lennox with incorrect address and the proof that BCC use copyrighted ADBA guide as well as the ADBA's cease and desist order to BCC. Check out the documents a belfastjj's WordPress blog page here: http://www.politicsni.wordpress.com

Post Re: Online Blog Site Reveal Council Errors
Well found Belfastjj. How can they think they will get away with all they have done. There's no accountability, no transparency, and they are violating every aspect of the latest Animal Welfare Act . Why can't Lennox's vet see him, or at least someone from rescue, if not more importantly his family. There can be no excuses. Lennox has been illegally imprisoned, with no-one being allowed to check on him. BCC have failed in every aspect of local govt. I keep thinking about collective responsibility as well, and still wonder about commercial interests. Keep think back to a post on DDA watch website when they made a FOI application to the met police. Some of the information wasn't cited because it conflicted with 'commercial interests' V. interesting.. Nice cosy little setup with the Elwood family being the dog wardens. So much i want to say, just know Lennox we are there for you we will not them get away with this . AS for Peter Tallack go to www.dardni.gov.uk/dog-response-talkback.pdf. and DeedNOT BREED.org.uk He is a met police officer working for the status dogs unit. Hope that helps...

Thanks for your reply Doodah. Yes its pretty obvious BCC now have nothing to go by seeing as ADBA have issued a cease and desist order which is the one thing Yolanda Elwood stated in FOI reply that was used to seize Lennox. More so the warrant itself was for some other address on the opposite side of Belfast. Amazing really that the Council wont admit defeat and return the dog back to the family, just goes to prove what type of animal welfare people the dog wardens at BCC really are as they just seem to want to prolong Lennox's stay and suffering with them as much as possible which is probably more to do with the same reason Yolanda Elwood wont allow the family to visit Lennox... more to do with the Save Lennox Campaign bringing media attention and global attention to her 20 years worth of errors, over spending of public tax money, illegal use of copyright material and certain other matters. It clearly demonstrates that Yolanda Elwood and her department have a grudge toward the family concerning the whole campaign and this is now her way to get a little bit of an evil kick from it.

Belfastjj and the PoliticsNI website have added the very latest picture of Lennox in his undisclosed, unsuitable concrete prison. The picture clearly shows how the Belfast City Council Dog Department fronted by Yolanda Elwood practice inhumane animal welfare. As the caption on the PoliticsNI website states " this picture speaks a thousand words!" The Save Lennox Forum and The Save Lennox Campaign would like to gratefully thank Belfastjj and his blog site PoliticsNI for bringing these documents to the public when the council clearly wanted to keep them from the public.
