Yes, the warden giving this interview is the head warden that applied for Lennox's warrant and signed off on his seizure.

She must also be the one who gave the interview on the Good Morning Ulster radio show I heard. She gave the same story but she didn't say at the time her son was disabled. Nor did she say that it had nothing to do with the family of Lennox. The radio presenter pointed that the family claims it has nothing to do with them at all.
Would she also be involved in the case of Lennox's brother who was declared to be not of Pitt Bull type? I was so shocked when I read that article.

Have been looking at the BCC website again and it annoys me more everytime I do.

They have the following things printed :

Any dogs seized by Belfast City Council under the Dangerous Dogs Order are kept in Department of Agriculture and Rural Development approved kennelling facilities. Dogs will be kept there until the matter is resolved.

In these facilities the individual kennels are cleaned out daily and the dogs are regularly exercised. Dogs have human interaction with the facility staff and they are provided with adequate bedding and toys. Veterinary facilities are also available.

The above is lies as we can see from the pics of Lennox. He has no bedding and no toys, not to mention food or water. Are they expecting us to believe that a dog that they have classed as a danger and illegal gets human interaction with staff???

Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) has produced guidance on this and you can view this on the DEFRA website

So how come they used ADBA (which they were not authorized to use) and class Lennox as a Pitt Bull???

I am amazed that in this day and age they still have the right to keep poor Lennox locked up away from his family for no reason at all. Everyone knows that they have made so many mistakes and they are only embarrassing themselves and Northern Ireland as a country by not letting him go.

For Yolanda Elwood to state on Radio and in various papers that she wasn't involved in case is not only yet another lie but very very incorrect, Elwood would have signed off on Lennox's warrant and as warden manager would also have instructed other wardens to go and seize Lennox, oh and of course theres always this which again proves she lies uncontrollably to cover her own back and indeed was involved, half way down the page: http://ctechwebhosting.co.uk/savelennox/wordpress/?p=85

It sounds to me like Yolanda Elwood is a total lier and is not even willing to take responsibility for her own actions never mind the actions of her staff, it amazes me that people like this are even employed let alone managers of people, she is an utter disgrace!! We can only hope that her lies are exposed in court and she is dealt with by the law and receives the harshest possible penalties for her actions.
