Very aware of this case. It was this one the Belfast City Council lost before and due to losing that case they don't want a repeat so they're using Len as an example. This case is very well known, the exact same warden and dog control manager involved yet again!

I don't get why they/she still has a job.....how many monumental cockups must a person make before they face disciplinary action? It's shocking. It's not setting a very good example.

I wonder what, if any, qualifications & experience one needs in order to be a dog warden for BCC?

i have not seen that before that says it all, for a start why are the dogs not vaccinated the councils responsible for the dogs while in there care, poor lennox he not being walked they havnt got a clue as long as councils paper works done and they get big fat pay cheques at the end of the month, and its the dogs and family that suffers and we pay council tax for that,
