To the best of my knowledge Lennox is still been held on the original warrant, it wasn't till a later date that it was realized the warrant was for a different dog at a different address.If the dates were different did the court not question this? I don't think the the courts are to bothered about this, however in my personal opinion this should have been very important to Lennox's defense and used at the right time could have made the case against Lennox collapse, also i don't think the defense should have not left Caroline wide open to be cross-examined they should have stepped in and stopped it or told her what to say to defend herself at least, Having been involved from time to time with the UK court system you soon see how many injustices their are and how many innocent people end up in jail for crimes they never done.

Thanks Andy for reply.....wish I was a lawyer...surely if the original warrant is being used..it is not for Lennox and is the equivalent of him being held, tried for a 'crime' committed by someone else....Hopefully the appeal will highlight and question what seems to be a list of mistakes...maybe I am naive. thanks again.

Its just my personal opinion on things, but prosecutors and defense lawyers do sometimes work together to bring things to a close Werther you are guilty or not !!

Curious why the defence team has not file Habeus Corpus on Lennox, he was wrongly seized with an incorrect warrant. That is enough, if my inderstanding is correct, to have him released. God know mass murders have walked free using this, don't see why it can't be used for Len.
