Sorry to hear this happened to your dog. Animal control legislation in this country targets responsible owners and ignores dangerous owners. Some of this is about having to enforce the laws they are given. A review of breed specific legislation is happening until 29 the November.

Have you thought of trying to get the USPCA or even a private prosecution against the council for clear breeches of the 2006 Animal Welfare Act.
If the act in NI is the same as the UK mainland, causing Lennox unneccessary stress is a breach in itself.
This might cause them to rethink and you have a couple of months before the next hearing to put this in place.
good luck and don't let the buggers get you down, the truth will out and the dog world is with you.

I have put your website on my facebook acct. for my friends to see, I signed the online petiton, and sent emails to the people who took Lennox away. All I can do now is pray that Lennox will be returned to his family. I can't imagine the horror Lennox and his family is going through....it breaks my heart. What you are doing to Lennox & his family is horrific! You are conflicting the highest form of animal cruelty to Lennox. He's not allowed to see his family, the place you keep isn't fit for any animal, and I think if you are mistreating him so you will have something you can bring before the court. You need need to see pass your needs to be right and let Lennox go home to his family. Lennox is one of Gods' beloved creatures and should be treated with love & respect. It's apparent you are not doing that...you had rather be right. Remember the world is watching and God has his eyes on all of you. Give Lennox back to his family now! I'm sad to see that Lennox is still being kept from his family. A little girls' Christmas wish goes unanswered. How can people be so cruel & heartless? Don't make Lennox & his family suffer anymore, please, for the love of God, give Lennox back.

Every night I pray for the safe return of Lennox to his family. While everyday I look on your website to see if my prayers are answered. I see today they are not and it sickens me to think what is happening to Lennox. I will not give up hope that Lennox and his family will be united. Is there anyone in a higher position able to help Lennox? I s there someone else I can write to beside those horrlble people that have him hidden away? I will continue to pray and keep positive thoughts of Lennox being safe and going home soon!

I've been praying for you, Lennox, to be released sooner than your court date. But I see the cruel & heartless people that have you locked up will not see that they are wrong in what they are doing to you & your family. I can't be there in person to support you & your family in Feb. when you go to court. Just know I will be there in spirit praying that you will be set free to return home with your family.
